bruises is the recording alias of Brian Lee, a Malaysian electronic musician and producer from Kuala Lumpur. He makes meticulously arranged electronic-based music which ranges from aggressive, trap bangers to slower, more delicate downtempo tracks. Brian made his first foray into music playing guitar for rock bands in high school up till college. From there, Brian explored making his own music but didn't feel confident as a vocalist, or content writing music on one musical instrument and eventually started creating music with samples and software.
